Her career spans healthcare systems, corporate enterprises, and high-volume operational environments, where she has led initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation strategy, HRIS implementation, training and development, and employee relations. Most recently, as a Human Resources Business Analyst within a leading medical system, Angela has driven process improvements, managed cross-functional projects, overseen HR budgets, facilitated RFI/RFP processes, and developed comprehensive training programs and procedural infrastructures.


Angela’s background uniquely positions her to support innovative wellness organizations. She understands how to build scalable HR foundations that align with a company’s mission—whether in medical weight loss, functional medicine, or regenerative aesthetics—ensuring the right people, processes, and culture are in place to deliver exceptional client care.
