Jordan Froum - Exercise Physiologist
“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
— Bruce Lee
Jordan Froum is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with Meraki
Integrative Wellness, specializing in functional movement, strength, balance, and injury
reduction. His passion for fitness began early, shaped by a family deeply rooted in physical
training—his father a black belt in traditional Tae Kwan Do and his mother an aerobics instructor
during the fitness movement of the 1980s. By age 12, Jordan was already training in the gym,
later focusing on football, boxing, and performance conditioning.
Jordan brings a strong martial arts and self-defense background, including Muay Thai, American
Boxing, Sambo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which informs his intelligent, adaptable, and
performance-driven approach to movement. His training philosophy centers on function,
balance, strength, and joint integrity, helping clients build resilience while reducing injury risk.
He holds advanced certifications in Behavioral Change, Corrective Exercise, Sports Medicine
Suspension Training, TRX Group Training, Youth Exercise, Senior Fitness, Golf Fitness,
Kickboxing, MMA Conditioning, Agility, and Reactive Training. This broad clinical and
performance skill set allows him to work effectively with athletes, adolescents, seniors, golfers,
martial artists, and individuals seeking improved movement quality and long-term physical
health.
At Meraki Integrative Wellness, Jordan collaborates with the medical and wellness team to
design individualized, evidence-based exercise programs that support posture, core stability, joint
mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional strength. His work integrates mobility,
neuromuscular control, and multi-joint movement patterns to help clients move better, perform
better, and maintain physical independence over time.
Jordan’s approach reflects Meraki’s philosophy of precision, personalization, and whole-body
wellness—adapting proven methods to each individual while honoring the connection between
movement, longevity, and overall health.
